What To Expect

Visiting any church, especially a new one, for the very first time can be an awkward experience. We want to put you at ease. Your first visit to Greater Philadelphia Baptist will be encouraging, inspiring, and a breath of fresh air. GPBC is a place that is enjoyable for your entire family. We want you to experience helpful teaching and preaching, friendly people, and a place where you feel welcomed and “at home.” Here are a few answers to your questions and what you might expect on your first visit.

When are the Services?

Sunday 10:30 am Morning Worship
We’re moving to only 10:30 Sunday AM and Growth Groups.

Nursery for infants through the toddler age are provided at all the services. Kids City Class is provided Sunday mornings for children age 4 through fifth grade. Our Sunday Service is a great time to stay after to meet the folks of Greater Philly as well as Pastor Matt and his family.

How Should I Dress?

There is not a dress code at Greater Philadelphia Baptist Church for members or guests. Our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in more traditional “Sunday” dress; however, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable on your visit here at Greater Philadelphia Baptist!

Where do I park?

If you are a first time guest, please feel free to park next to the church building. We also have additional parking available at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, located at 800 Manchester Ave, Media, PA 19063. You will see signs directing you there from the church.
